    We take the security of your data seriously and have implemented appropriate measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. We use tools such as Tally.so, Supabase, and Google Workspace, all of which have implemented strong security measures.

    We share your information with third parties only when necessary for providing our services, or when we are legally required to do so. To develop our software and/or services, we partner with Tally.so, Google, Plausible Analytics, Notion, and Supabase, all of which adhere to GDPR-compliant privacy practices.

    As a SaaS and consulting firm, we process data for our clients and the participants in our clients' participation processes. This information is processed in accordance with our clients' instructions and under their control. In this case, we act as the data processor, while our clients are the data controllers.

    We ensure that we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security of the data we process on behalf of our clients. However, if you have questions about how your data is collected and used as part of a participation process, we recommend that you directly contact the relevant client (the data controller).
